At HomeWatch Who Cares, our goal is simple: give homeowners peace of mind while they're away.
The service grew naturally out of Pool Guys Who Care, our local pool service company here in Fort Myers. For years, we've been visiting homes every week to maintain pools and equipment. Over time, many homeowners began asking if we could also keep an eye on the rest of the property while they were away. HomeWatch Who Cares was created to provide that service in a professional and reliable way.
When we visit a home, we're not just stopping by — we're actively looking for signs of problems before they become expensive issues. That includes checking for water intrusion, plumbing leaks, HVAC operation, electrical panels, appliances, exterior conditions, and the overall condition of the property. If something looks off, we document it and notify the homeowner right away, along with photos and a clear explanation.
Our background in construction, pool equipment, and home systems also allows us to diagnose issues quickly and coordinate repairs when needed. That means less guesswork, faster solutions, and often saving homeowners the cost of unnecessary service calls.
